As we celebrate our fourth anniversary this month, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of our third year (2024) — a season of growth, transformation, and continued commitment to helping our patients live flourishing, vibrant lives.

A New Chapter Begins

One of the most exciting milestones this past year was our big move! In October 2024, we said goodbye to our cozy home in Prior Lake and opened the doors to our new clinic location in Savage, Minnesota. The transition marked more than a change of address — it symbolized our growth and evolution as a practice rooted in foundational medicine and patient-centered care.

A Grand Opening to Remember

We officially celebrated the move with a Grand Opening event in November, and we’re still feeling the love from everyone who came out to support us. The celebration was filled with gratitude, laughter, giveaways, and connection — a reflection of the amazing community that surrounds Flourish.

Welcoming New Faces to the Flourish Family

This past year also brought new expertise and heart to our team. We were excited to welcome Angie and Morgan, both bringing unique skills and deep compassion to our mission. And just in time for our anniversary, we’re excited to introduce Alexis, the newest member of the Flourish family! Each member brings exceptional clinical skill, medical knowledge, and compassionate care to their roles.

Looking Ahead

From expanding our services to deepening our relationships with patients and our community, the past year has reaffirmed our belief in the power of foundational medicine — caring for the whole person, at every stage of life.
