Trapped Emotion Testing

What is the connection between emotions and energy?

An emotion is an instinctive state of mind derived from circumstances. These emotions are generated by our bodies based on two criteria: what we are experiencing in the moment, and information stored in our bodies and minds from past experiences. Everything around us in the entire universe is made of energy, including emotions. Each different emotion has its own unique vibrational frequency that creates its specific energy. The human body is also comprised of energy. Energy that we cannot see is all round us in the form of radio waves, X-rays, EMF, thought waves, etc. Energy is what all things are made from, is in all things, through all things, and fills the interspaces of the universe. Quantum physics has proven that energies have the ability to affect other energies. Therefore, our human bodies can be physically affected by the energy created by emotions.  ​

What is a "trapped" emotion?

When one experiences an emotionally difficult circumstance there is a unique vibrational frequency created in the body at that time. Sometimes these emotions are remembered and a conscious memory forms from this circumstance, while other times we cannot consciously recall the negative event. However, the subconscious mind does remember the event. If a difficult circumstance or event is not properly managed, its energy can become trapped. This negative emotional energy is retained within the body. A trapped emotion consists of a well-defined energy that has a unique shape and form. This energy can cause significant physical, mental, and emotional symptoms if not processed and released.

Why do I need to process trapped emotions?

Trapped emotions can interfere with the proper function of the body’s organs and tissues, causing pain, fatigue, and illness. Trapped emotions can also lower immune function, distort body tissues, and block the natural flow of energy. The energy of a trapped emotion can become trapped anywhere in the body, including within joints and/or organs, commonly leading to physical pain or dysfunction.
